WINTER CAMPS

QB & WIDE RECEIVER CAMPS

QB's will learn how to properly warm up for throwing. They will learn proper mechanics for being under the center or in the shotgun, work the 3 & 5 step drops and work in conjunction with the receivers camp and timing routes.

Wide receivers will learn proper stance and start, footwork, and route running. Players will be able to stem defensive backs and get back on top, hand fighting vs press defenders, and be complete receivers.

SUnday Flag & Youth Skills Camp

For the youth and rec league player wanting more, a skills camp where all players will learn to pass, catch, pull flags, angle pursuit, how to run routes.
